In general I love this place. Recently went gluten-free and was happy to know they have gluten free substitutes, however the rice noodles they use work for the ramen but not at all for their pasta dishes. There are great GF noodles out there with the right texture they should consider.

I came here with my girlfriend because we were in the mood for some noodles! This place had some interesting ramen and we were curious how the Uni Creme Angel Hair is like. When we walked in there is a bar good for people who come in alone and want to watch the game with some good alchol and noodles. Service: The service here was average and did not really stand out, but I assume its due to just one person running the shop when we came here. Food: We ordered the Uni Creme Angel Hair and the Truffle Tonkotsu Ramen. The truffle tonkotsu ramen was good! I did not taste a lot of truffle, but the smell was there. I do wish the egg was marinated and soaked in like you would see in some ramen shops. The Uni Creme Angel Hair had a good amount of uni! It was very creamy and we enjoyed it overall. The butter felt a little much but what its as expected from the dish. I would recommend to try it if your a big Uni fan! Overall: I do recommend to try it for noodle fans and are interested in experimenting!

Nice small restaurant with great Ramen and pasta options. Fun date night place.

The restaurant interior was beautiful and the service was exceptional. However the food missed the mark. The menu items sound better than they taste. Not all bad. We had takoyaki as an appetizer and they were good. I ordered the shrimp yuzu shoyu tsukemen after a long hot day in the sun. I initially liked it but then I remembered I was supposed to get the yuzu flavor from the broth. It was just regular cold noodles, the yuzu flavor was non-existent. Additionally, the grilled shrimp tasted way too peppery but it did not taste seasoned. The sweet corn, sweet peppers and seasonal mushrooms could not balance out the overly peppered shrimps. It is a pity.

Noodles were mushy, service was a little rude. Not that kid friendly. Menu kind of random. I think they need to do a better job making it not seem like a random dive sports bar when you walk in, and make it feel more like a restaurant. Also, the ramen was so mushy that's not a good sign. I'm not sure what this place is trying to be but if you want asian noodles and Italian pasta mixed together this is an option.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly but they do have a high chair

Highly, highly recommend this place. The ambiance is really nice for a date night (good music, good volume) and the food is delicious. We got the spicy chicken and the truffle ramen and takoyaki as an appetizer. All of the flavors were spectacular and unique! We also loved our waiter, Ian he was attentive, polite, and happy. Everything was reasonably priced! I would definitely come back.

Service is great and the ramen has a pretty good taste, not your traditional ramen that your used to. But you won't regret
