Really enjoyed this bakery! I 'm always on the hunt for 'the best ' almond croissant when I travel and while this one wasn 't 'it ', it was a really solid pastry. I also got a gluten free carrot muffin and really enjoyed that. The rest of the group got breakfast sandwiches and coffee, plus a cinnamon roll all of which they were really pleased with! It was busy when we went and it 's a small interior space, so if you want a table for more than 2 3 people you 'll want to go early. There 's also a good space for outdoor seating!
Really yummy pastries and good service. They were super busy though so if you come in the mornings expect a wait.
Sunflour is a low-key quirky spot, perfect for a casual breakfast or brunch. Outdoor seating is available. The prices are very reasonable (something that's very surprising nowadays).
I love coming to Sunflour when I'm in town, but this most recent trip with my mom was the best! We both got sandwiches, I got my usually avocado melt on sourdough which was made to perfection, and we shared the coconut cake. It was the best cake I've ever had, and I really hope y'all continue to put cake slices in the bakery case. Our coffee was delicious and fresh, and the service was also great! We love Sunflour.

I came in around lunchtime and i was able to order as soon as I walked in the shop. I had an Iced Dirty Mocha and a grilled Chicken Caprese, both delicious! The blend of the flavors in the mocha tied in together nicely. The sourdough was soooo fresh and had a delicious crunch to it. Definitely looking forward to coming back here again.
While we were visiting Charlotte my wife chose this bakery. It fulfills her sweet tooth and my appetite for savory. I was skeptic but found a sandwich that I wanted, The Club she had the cheddar biscuit with egg, ham and cheese, then we had ordered a cinnamon roll. I have to say the club I ordered was filled with turkey and ham, almost so much it was hard for me to take a bite. The sandwich was amazing, I enjoyed and finished feeling very satisfied. My wife’s cheddar biscuit with egg, ham and cheese was great too. Too full to try the cinnamon roll at that very moment. We drove back to Charleston, SC so I waited until we got home to try the cinnamon roll and to my dismay I was disappointed... disappointed that now I have to drive 3 hours to get the awesome cinnamon roll!!!
Breakfast Sammys bang. Didn’t try a coffee but going to next time. It gets really crowded in here and is pretty small so try to go not at peak hours
