Yesterday we called in a pick up order for my sister and paid at the location as well as placed 2 more orders for me and my cousin. The wait was a minimum of 30-35 minutes for my sisters order and 40-50 for our own orders. The cashier Chelsie I believe that was her name) that was attending all incoming customers was not at all welcoming or helpful. She was obviously in a bad mood and was very much taking her time or just not attentive about calling out the orders as they were getting completed. Although her other coworkers would run up to the front to try and assist with customers, the phone and the pick ups she would not try to help herself. I understand people have bad days but the whole time we waited at least half the customers were frustrated and were never rude or demanding. We didn't like that they placed two different flavored wings in the same container as the sauces could have mixed so we asked for an extra container and fixed it ourselves. The wings and fries were excellent and perfectly seasoned so its a shame that the customer service was so unpleasant.
A pretty consistent Wingstop, and very friendly staff! My only complaint is once I got a wing with feathers still on it, but corporate comped my meal for it.
If I could give it a 0 I would...line down the sidewalk lobby full orders nor ready that should of been as well as mine and any questions asked the lady working the register tonight runs to the back and leaves all the customers standing here....using excuses after excuses this is absolutely ridiculous like a whole shift of first day workers
Every time I order from this Wingstop on Harrisburg I select well and when I get my wings, they’re not well done at all. Never ordering from this place again.
They messed up my order 2 times and one of the African American girls that was there had a very bad attitude. Their drink machine all that had available was zero sugar drinks and diet all other flavors were out kinda odd for a busy night. Restock your machine guys.
I’ve been here twice, and the wait time was horrible both times. But the dine was the worst experience for me. As I was eating I say a roach crawling on the wall. In my excitement I neglect to take a picture for evidence. I will never visit this place again. Management is super nice though, but cleanness won and I could only give them a 1.
Took over 40 minutes to replace the sodas in the machine because they didn’t want to refund me for not having sodas. Food was cold when I arrived (on time for pick up) and not even made the way I wanted it to be. They also didn’t give me a part of my order.
Katrina was horrible. I will be calling corporate office in the am because they took from my account but didn 't seem to have my order prepared. Katrina continued to go on with her busy night while I stood there for 40 minutes waiting on my order. Her coworker laughed at me as if if I was a joke. The money was already taken from my banking account and I wasn 't served ANYTHING. Let 's see who is ignoring people and laughing tomorrow !!! No one wants money taken from their account no service not even Katrina ass or her laughing coworker! I 've worked in food service for 5 years and never made a customer feel less than!
