Horribler costume service. They constantly forget things, they sleep, they don't care what you tell them they're just not polite at this point. If I go there, I can feel the depression there. I always wonder why they hire managers for what lol
I miss this place so much?.They were always so friendly, professional and my food was great?.any time?.can?t wait, back home to the USA?. This will be my first meal safe?
Horribler customer service. Said a male cashier when my order was finished and he said they were still preparing it. I waited for my name to be called, but never was. I had to go back to the counter when the lady turned around and the cleaning started. The same male cashier noticed that I was back but not disturbing to help me. The lady held her back to me, so I had to call her attention. When I asked again if my order was ready, she acted as if she didn't know I was here for the pickup and gave me the bag sitting there. I often come here, so it is not surprising that the woman who gives the orders acted as she did. They really need to withdraw their employees through customer service, especially those who interact with the public. I would like to mention that I was contacted by the store about what happened, but I would like to write another review of my experience. This is not the first time their service was back, but after this experience I will not come back to this place.
The only bottom of this place, is that it only one person who processes orders. But the food was very good and healthy
Great food and excellent customer service. But this place is full of homeless people. You cannot dine in anymore. Only get your food togo.
I like El Pollo Loco but this particular store has serious quality control problem. The chicken are frequently dry and/or over burnt. The Spanish rice is always mixed with hard/tough grain and their cilantro and avocado looks like rotten most of time. Come on, you can do much better. El Pollo Loco is used to be my favorite chicken restaurant.
I have a food allergy to dairy. Staff also got a lady in front order wrong. Two orders wrong in a row. How does this happen. An apology was given. Anyways staff replaced my order. I'll definitely come back, but will make sure my order is read to me
It's ok, I mean there is not much of anything in here. But.. i usually love pollo Loco so they are still getting 5 star .
