If this was my first time here I wouldn’t be back. Had an reservation and they were minutes behind. When I asked about being seated the hostess informed me they were seating reservations, it was When I acted surprised she stated it wasn’t her fault. I don’t care who’s fault it is because I guarantee it’s not mine. Table cloths were dirty and the paper they lay over them did nothing to hide it. Bread and oil starter was delicious as always. Lettuce in the salad was limp and aging. Zucchini appetizer was very oily and had a burnt taste. Food sat under heat lamps long enough the pasta started to get crunchy. The building is starting to really show wear and lack of maintenance. Not sure we will return. Could’ve eaten at Fazolis and would have been just as satisfied for of the cost
The food and service was exceptional. The noise was incredibly loud and made conversations difficult. My biggest complaint however is that apparently reservations mean nothing. We had to wait minutes after our confirmed reservation time for a table. Last time was a minute wait. It’s starting to become not worth coming
Had a delicious and delightful meal here. The staff was really nice, helpful and very attentive. Ordered the Crispy Mozzarella Ravioli for the starter and Eggplant Parmesan for the entree. The food was very delicious and would love to go back here to try the rest of the dishes. Didn’t need any reservation for lunch, just walked in and got seated right away. Probably would need reservations for dinner. Also try the Old fashioned here, it’s really well made.
Made reservations for my son's graduation. When we ordered our food it didn't take long at all. I will most definitely come back.
As usual, the food was outstanding. We understood that business was off, but the service could have been just a little quicker
Birthday celebration. Almost had the whole place to ourselves. Monday night plus the Corona Virus freakout. I guess. Food and service were great! Thanks for bringing back the chicken spinach flatbread appetizer
Took my two elderly parents out to dinner. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us get seated. They were extremely patient and attentive throughout the meal. Ian did a wonderful job serving us
