I'm going to wendys, although the youngest visit was very bad. waited a good 20 minutes in the drive thru and was only 2 cars in front of me. I even made an online pickup order. I had to wait at least 10 minutes here. I asked what's going on. I have the online order 30 mins b4 I arrived, cmon. my order was simply with some burger, sm chili, lrg soda, 2 lrg erdbeerfrost. I asked two more times and got no answer. then the drive thru told a young man something and he went back to the grill place, gave her something, she torn into the bag and how hastened me away. I said my chili? he had to go somewhere to put my chili in the bag and finally I went with him. I came home and they gave me a bowl of chili bread, no meat beans, etc., and gave me 2 tiny torn chicken sandwiches I certainly did not order. I was so mad. I called the load, told the mgr and she had to be the dame on the car thru. she didn't really care to hear my complaint. I told her I wanted to replace my whole meal. soda frostys included. she told me to tell the day-shifted mgr, that is it? very disappointed. I was wasting $12. the chicken sandwich thrown in müll and also the chili width torn. I couldn't believe that, and that's my way to almost food restaurant. no more. she's not. I also love wendys chili. wish they had a different size than small, the 2-$3, or a large, but it is too expensive 7-$8. I can't remember. why not medium chili. hallo people. very disappointed. back to arby’s or hardee’s again.
