I came here with my friend and let me tell you that the food is amazing! We have the 3-way plate with 2 sides and the sweet tea. The parts are correct and we were both satisfied. Everything was delicious and super quality. The staff was super nice and helpful. Also a photo with one of the chefs! 10/10 will come back!

This barbecue area is a real diamond in the rough food is wonderful. I'm a more than average barbeque dinner and love to try new and exciting unknown restaurants. This restaurant has great combos at fair prices and the food is extremely fresh and good tasting.
The greens were so delicious and I was glad to find out they were vegetarian. The potato salad was good and also the yams. My only complaint is that my side of the Yams was not completely filled.
Wonderful family-owned restaurant food! Love the old photos, saved by firefighters when the original restaurant burned a few years ago. So sad the antique collection (farm cart, old tools, etc. was lost.
Excellent food, value and atmosphere. Just had the smoked brisket. Equal to the best brisket I have ever had anywhere across the US...and I have had a lot of brisket! $22, fed 2 with left-overs. Great service and atmosphere. Convenient: located at Gilman and San Pablo in West Berkeley. Is this the best BBQ in the Bay Area? For me, definitely yes.
The BEST ribs I have had in years!!! This was my first visit to KC’s BBQ and boy am I glad I stopped by. I got a mix of brisket (for my kids) and ribs (for me) that came with two sides and two tasty rolls. From the first bite of ribs I was knew I was in trouble. OMG! I am going to have to try to keep myself from going there all the time. The inside is clean and the decor is nice. Parking can be a little tricky on San Pablo, but it is worth the trouble! I know there is more on the menu to try, but those ribs…

He takes the time to reply to all his customers Reviews, so for that, I'll help you with 5 stars even though I'm in Michigan and never had this place,but the food does look delicious, . I hope you and your daughter are still doing good . And just curious ,does Robert stay in touch with you ? Or stops by to see how your doing ?
